- Ability to create several templates for all different instances
- Once a document expires, I wish it was a little easier to renew it.
- Recently, delivery has been failing, even though email address is correct, so I have to go in and generate a link to send them. Hopefully this is fixed soon!

- Sometimes one has to delete the document and start over, I found this works best when I cannot get form to let me go back to a response which I need to delete.

- Some of the features are not there which should be include e.g circle as appropriate in monthly,biweekly or weekly
- If we use check boxes more than one than it will not finish the document if only one check box clicked.so optional check boxes are not working.
other ways more than one check box should be available and if only one check box clicked (as required) than it should allow finish the document.

- capability to apply a flow to sign but sometimes it can be confuse about who will sign the document.
- Very easy to upload and sign a document if it necessary.
- Easy to track the status of the document that we send to sing
- Pretty good dashboard to track the documents.
- the PandaDoc deployment helped departments as HR, Sales, IT, Compliance, even supervisors and managers

It's a good way to start a path to compliance while not having a lot of money to assign to this issues, and getting the organization in a workflow mood.

- After you have sent a doc for signing and if you want to remove or edit one of the recipients email address or remove him/her altogether from the initial set of participants should be made available to at least admin user
Price factor should be attractive enough for monthly or month on month users !

- Drag and drop signature and field organization

- Reporting on page views for insights - it's there but could be more robust.

Panda doc makes it easier to sign on new clients abroad quickly with minimal hassle, without having to send an agreement via mail.
It's also great because you get notified if someone has viewed the document and of course signed the document

- If you need a template PandaDoc has plenty for you to tailor to your specific needs.
- Obtaining electronic signatures for your quotes and the ability to store the quote is a PandaDoc plus.
- It's very easy to use. Simple yet professional.
- It works with HubSpot but not like I'd like.
- It's hard to find fault with PandaDoc, what it does it does well.
- Sometimes customers can't open documents but I don't necessarily know that it's a PandaDoc issue.
Good Enough, But UI Needs Work

- We experience seemingly random failures that result in lost work
- It is not a great sandbox experience for novice users, which is generally the case for the people executing tasks with the software

Digital Signature for a Small Consultancy
- Remote contract signature
- Tracking of document views or interactions
- Live notification of actions on documents
- Name, I don't find PandaDoc a particularly corporate name so speaking to clients they generally give you a funny look if they've never heard of it.
- Amending of existing documents can be a little complicated, it needs more versatility to change one small detail rather than re-start the whole document.
Sometimes you get a client who is less 'tech savvy' that wants to download and print the document, then wet sign and send it back.
Price is GREAT!!
We had a problem with people not able to use our old electronic contract. It was not user friendly and it was held on our website, people were unable to find it. We are also located really far away from some of our customers that are not able to come into our office to sign documents. This product has made our life and our customers life a lot easier.
